Such a great spot hidden in plain sight! The Bahn Mi roll is amazing and the flavour is top notch. Ive had the Roast Pork, Crying Tiger Beef, and Breakfast Bahn Mi roll and I’m so keen to keep trying the rest of the menu. The customer service was lovely too, definitely a great spot for a bite to eat. It was great, thank you!

PERTHS BEST BANH MI! We have tried so many banh mi’s all over Perth and we finally found it. The bread is perfection - warm, freshly baked, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I got the breakfast banh mi. The portions are VERY generous, they really pack it full. Every single ingredient used was FRESH and delicious. The Viet Iced Coffee was perfect too. The staff are absolutely lovely. Everything was just PERFECT! Bussin’ Buns is a true hidden gem.

My colleague and I have been going here for months and it's been absolutely amazing every time. Weve tasted the whole menu and each option is delicious. Hizo, Chris and Bryan have something really special here that everyone should try.

Delicious and some what healthy We needed a shop like this in the area Im a little addicted to all the bah mi rolls. I always add an egg for the extra proteins. The ice coffee is really good, you wished you had bought 2 of them. My usual triple shot 3/4 topped up is unbelievable value and their coffee blend in on point for me.

1st time here, why have I driven past so many times. Amazing Bahn Mi, very tasty. Could do with a bigger roll and a bit more filling for the price, regardless I'll be back for sure
